Being ok with who I am - it's a lifelong journey though! That, and producing 2 excellent human beings.
My perfect holiday would be:
New and exciting food, art galleries, a cool breeze and the comfiest shoes in the world.
My ultimate three course meal would be:
Tempura vegetables with thai dipping sauce. No, wedding canapes. No, individual leek tart tatin with whipped vegan feta.
Oh god, I love food too much to choose a main course. Why - why are you making me do this!
My mums trifle - with caramel custard, raspberries and NO jelly.
