Support Services

We have a wide range of support services and a team who are looking forward to meeting you.

Dylan one of the young people who attended 2BU has this advice for you - "We know how hard it feels to write that first e-mail but we are a friendly lot, and are really looking forward to hearing from you! Send the e-mail, text or fill in the form on the contact us page, I know I was so glad I did and remember #it'sok2BU".

Young people, parents, carers, or professionals can contact us online, by phone, or by email. Our team will listen to your needs and connect you with the most appropriate support, including youth groups, 1:1 support, or other services. All contact is treated confidentially and safely.

Safeguarding at 2BU

Safeguarding and the wellbeing of young people are central to everything we do at 2BU.

We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for all LGBTQ+ young people who access our services. All staff and volunteers receive safeguarding training and follow clear procedures to ensure any concerns about a young person’s safety or wellbeing are responded to appropriately.

2BU is committed to promoting the welfare of children and young people, and everyone involved in our work shares this responsibility.

For more information, please see our Safeguarding Policy or contact our safeguarding team.

Would you like to join the youth support group?

There is a range of groups and support options to consider, we look forward to hearing from you!
